  1. These string gadgets can be used to store additional MIDI commands.

  3. All commands must be entered as hex bytes separated by spaces.  For
  4. example, the command to retrieve a Voice Bank from a DX-7 would be
  5. entered as follows ==>  F0 43 20 09 F7.
  6.  
  7. FIRST:  These command(s) are sent prior to the main request.
  8. LAST:   These command(s) are sent after the main request.
  9.  
  10.         Note ==>  Use ` // ' to separate commands entered on the
  11.                   FIRST and LAST command lines.  For example,
  12.                   F0 43 20 09 F7 // C0 00.
